Information Technology in a Global Society is a subject taken by students studying for the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Grades 11 and 12 at the International School Dhaka, Bangladesh. The ITGS course is the study and evaluation of the impact of information technology (IT) on individuals and society.

Podcast Series: The Digital Divide

On our second podcast for the ITGS series discussion centres once again on the digital divide. This time the WSIS (World Summit on the Information Society) is the focus. Reem tells us about the origins and developments of the WSIS 2-year summit.
Nader discusses the 'road to Tunis' international workshop held here in Dhaka and Wasi reveals some of the outcomes of the WSIS gathering in Tunis last November.
